Jewelry orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Transit time is typically 2–7 business days.

We ship all orders via UPS within the United States.

We ship all orders from our U.S. studio in Florida.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER

Please email us at support@laceandgrit.com, and include your order number from your confirmation email or SMS. We’ll help track it down right away.

CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin production as quickly as possible, so cancellation may only be possible if your item has not yet entered production. Please reach out to our support team to check if changes can be made and include your reason for canceling.

Note: All Metal Art items are final sale as they are custom-made and cannot be resold.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Please contact our support team with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. Do not return any items without authorization from our support team.

Can I remake my purchase?

We hope you love your item! If you're considering a remake, please contact our team within 30 days of purchase with your concerns. We’re happy to assist and explore remake options where possible.

My item looks different from the online listing

This is rare, but can happen. Some products may use photo-realistic renderings to showcase the design. These digital previews help us offer a wide range of designs without photographing every variation.

If your item seems defective or different from what you expected, please send us clear photos and your order number for review.
