We want you to love your purchase! Below you'll find details about cancellations, remakes, returns, and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We begin production as quickly as possible, so cancellation may only be possible if your item has not yet entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order, and include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Note: All Metal Art items are final sale, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold.

My Item Arrived Damaged or Incorrect

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’re here to help. Please send us an email with:

  • A photo of the item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent as quickly as possible. Please do not return items without prior authorization from our support team.

Can I Request a Remake?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a remake, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll review your situation and do our best to make it right.

My Item Looks Different from the Online Listing

This is rare, but can happen. We do our best to accurately represent all designs and products. Some items may use photo-realistic digital previews instead of photos to showcase the design. This allows us to offer a wide variety of styles while keeping production efficient.

If your item appears defective or significantly different from the preview, please send us clear photos and your order number for review.
