At Lace & Grit, every item is made to order with care. Because our products are produced individually, most items are final sale; however, we always stand behind the quality of your order. Below you'll find details about returns, replacements, and made-to-order exceptions.


📦 Return Window

Items eligible for return may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please note: buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


🛑 Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items

Because these items are created specifically for your order, the following products are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Journals
  • Blankets
  • Tote Bags
  • Apparel
  • Drinkware
  • Acrylic Plaques
  • Metal Wall Art
  • Watches
  • Any personalized items

🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please email us within 30 days with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of what happened

Please do not ship items back unless our team specifically requests it.


🔁 Remakes (Non-Damage Related)

If you are unsatisfied with your item for reasons unrelated to damage, you may request a remake within 30 days. Some remakes may require a fee depending on the situation. A return is not required for a remake unless requested.


🎨 Printed Texture & Color Notes

Some designs include artistic effects such as:

  • Quilted-look
  • Embossed-look
  • Beaded-look
  • Embroidery-look
  • Layered-appearance artwork

These are printed visual effects, not physical textures. Colors may vary slightly based on screen and printing processes.
